1.1. "Janani Express" refers to the parcel and courier service provider company.
1.2. "Customer" refers to the person, company, or organization that is using Janani Express services.
1.3. "Recipient" refers to the person or company that will receive the parcel or courier.
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all Janani Express parcel and courier services in Bangladesh.
2.2. By using Janani Express services, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.1. Janani Express will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that parcels and couriers are delivered on time.
3.2. Janani Express will provide tracking information to customers for all parcels and couriers.
3.3. If Janani Express is unable to deliver a parcel or courier due to reasons beyond its control, it will inform the customer and take necessary steps to ensure delivery is made as soon as possible.
3.4. Janani Express will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to a parcel or courier during transit unless caused by the negligence of Janani Express.
4.1. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Janani Express is accurate and complete.
4.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contents of the parcel or courier are not prohibited by law or restricted by Janani Express.
4.3. The customer is responsible for properly packing and labeling the parcel or courier in accordance with Janani Express requirements.
5.1. The following items are prohibited for transport by Janani Express:
6.1. The customer is responsible for paying all charges associated with the use of Janani Express services.
6.2. Payment must be made in advance of the parcel or courier being dispatched/delivered.
6.3. Janani Express reserves the right to charge additional fees for services such as special handling or expedited delivery.
7.1. Janani Express's liability for loss or damage to a parcel or courier is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the parcel or courier or the maximum liability limit set by Janani Express.
7.2. Janani Express will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
8.1. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Janani Express harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of its services.
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
10.1. Janani Express reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Janani Express website.
11.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Janani Express and the customer with respect to the use of its parcel and courier services in Bangladesh.
